Gluten Sensitivity

Gluten is a combination of gluten and gliadin. It is found in grains such as wheat, barley and rye. Gluten is the structure that shapes the dough and is obtained during the starch washing process. Unfortunately, some people have no tolerance for this substance. Therefore, gluten sensitivity is a disease that can put your gut health at risk.

What is gluten sensitivity and how does it occur?

Sudden mood swings alternating between feelings of anxiety, depression and euphoria.

Having difficulty focusing.

How is gluten sensitivity treated?

It is very important to stick to a 100% gluten free diet. Gluten sensitivity is not a disease that cannot be treated with drugs or other methods.

By avoiding foods containing gluten, its symptoms will be completely eliminated, and it may regain health after damage in your small intestine.
