Benefits of fish oil?

Fish oil is very useful in many ways. It is generally recommended for the cardiovascular system. Others use fish oil to lower blood pressure or the rate of triglycerides (cholesterol-related fats) in the blood. Fish oil is also known as the prevention of heart conditions and crisis.

The findings revealed as a result of the studies show that fish oil really lowers cholesterol and is good for heart diseases. However, it is obvious that it also increases the risk of heart attack when it comes to excessive consumption.

Fish is known as the food of the brain because some people who consume fish have been shown to be good for depression, attention deficit, and other cognitive disorders.

Some consume fish oil for the purpose of treatment of yellow spot disease that develops due to dry eyes and age.

Women prefer fish oil to prevent painful menstrual periods, relieve chest pain and prevent pregnancy problems such as miscarriage, high blood pressure and preterm labor.

Fish oil is also used as a remedy for diabetes, asthma, developmental disorders, movement disorders, dyslexia, obesity, kidney disorders, and osteoporosis. Fish oil is also recommended for high blood pressure and kidney disorders, which are some of the complications that can occur during heart transplantation. It is known to prevent blood vessels from closing for coronary artery bypass surgery.

In which fish is fish oil more common?

Our body’s need for fish oil can be met directly by eating fish or taking it in the form of nutritional supplements. Fish that contain useful oils such as omega 3 fatty acids include tuna, tuna, sturgeon, sardines, and bluefish.

If fish fatty acids are obtained by eating fish directly, the way the fish is prepared is very important. Fish cooked on the grill or baked are good for heart disease, but fried or sandwiched fish are both lacking in these fatty acids and increasing the risk of a heart attack.

Is fish oil beneficial for children?

In the researches conducted at Harward Medical School, it has been revealed that EPA and DHA are very important in pregnancy. DHA helps 15-20 percent of the brain membrane and 30-60 percent of the retina for the normal development of the fetus and baby. Significant Omega-3 fatty acids are delivered from mother to baby, especially in the last 3 months of pregnancy. In recent studies, it has been stated that children with low levels of Omega-3 fatty acids have behavioral disorders, learning disabilities and health problems.

Fish oil supplements

Fish oil supplements are generally obtained from fish rich in fatty acids such as tuna, salmon and tuna. A small amount of vitamin E is usually added to them to prevent them from spoiling. It may also be enriched with calcium, iron or vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C or D. Fish oils produced in capsule and syrup form can be applied with the advice of a doctor.
